Current Arrest Report

Information provided on the current arrest report is provided for informational purposes only pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Law. It is subject to change and may be updated periodically. While every effort is made to ensure that the posted information is accurate, it may contain factual or other errors. Inmate information changes quickly, and the reported information may not reflect the current information. An arrest does not mean that the inmate has been convicted of a crime. The information on the report should not be relied upon for any type of legal action. Unauthorized or illegal use of the information is strictly prohibited.

Warrant Report

Information contained within the Warrant Report should not be relied upon for any type of legal action. The people within the report have valid arrest warrants through the Ada County Sheriff’s Office for traffic or criminal offenses. Persons having warrants are subject to arrest upon contact with law enforcement officers.

The list does not include juvenile offenders.

Misuse of warrant information may subject you to civil or criminal liability. Most warrants issued by the Ada County District Court are available online. The database is updated every four hours, so recent changes in the status of the warrants may not be reflected.

Only peace officers can arrest a person for a warrant.
